The S.T.A.R.S. program provides academic enrichment opportunities for students of Low income families. Our program provides services to an average of 125 children per month.  Our hours are Mon - Thurs, 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.  The S.T.A.R.S. program will help students with academic subjects, such as reading and math. We also offer students a broad array of enrichment activities that will cultivate their social and academic skills; and offers literacy and other educational services to the families of participating children.

Mentoring Program

Student Street Notes

The KTDC. Mentoring program provides strong, enduring, and professionally supported one on one counseling to high-risk children. This program is also designed to help children who may be facing adversities in any areas of their lives. Currently, our mentoring program serves approximately 15 children. Parents/guardians, volunteers, and community professionals contribute to the development and success of every child this program serves.
